Addy is getting so big and all grown up!

We currentlty have three beautiful Newfs, Keiva, Keylee and Addy. They each have their own page. Our Newfs (as well as their puppies) live in our home with us and they are truely 'our kids'. We take them everywhere they are welcome and have become quite involved in the Newfie community. We are involved with both SEOR (South Eastern Ontario Regional Newfoundland Dog Club) http://www.seor-ndcc.on.ca/ and COR (Central Ontario Regional Newfoundland Dog Club) www.corndcc.ca . Through these two groups we are involved with many Newfie activities such as.... carting, tracking, and water rescue. We are also members in good standing of the NDCC (Newfoundland Dog Club of Canada and the CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) http://www.ckc.ca/en/ . Our kennel is also registered with the CKC. Any girls we breed, as well as the studs we breed with have all five health certifications. This means they have been tested for and are OVC certified clear of hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia and DNA tested for cystinuria. They have been cardioligist certified clear of heart defects and opthomoligist certified clear for eye defects. Please ask your vet how important it is that your puppies parents have these clearances, especially when considering a giant breed. Our stud dogs (they have their own page too!) come from Jalynn Kennels http://www.jalynnkennelsperm.com/ (Creemore Ontario). They are very reputable breeders who pay close attention to the health and temperments of their dogs and we have been blessed to be able to work with them. They have taken us under their wing and provided us with invaluable guidance. |
