Our Puppies ... each one is precious! The two most important things to us, as breeders, are breeding HEALTHY puppies with superb temperments and finding excellent homes for them. If we ever feel we can not meet those goals we will no longer breed.
Any parents we use to breed have all five health clearances (hips, elbows, eyes, heart and cystinuria) Please ask your vet how important it is to screen for these genetic issues that are common to large breed dogs. Our puppies are raised in our home and they are attended to 24/7 for the first three weeks of their life until they are fully able to get around on their own (talk about sleep deprived!!!). We breed both blacks and landseers (black and white) and all our puppies are registered with the CKC. We provide a genetic health guarantee and have a contract that serves the best interests of the puppy. We would be happy to provide you a copy of that contract if you are interested. Of course our puppies will be vet checked, dewormed and have their first shots. We microchip all our puppies for their protection and your piece of mind. As CKC registered breeders we can provide you with 6 weeks of free insurance on your puppies. Our puppies are sold on a non-breeding contract to protect the lineage we are working toward and to reduce the incidences of inherited conditions.
We feel every puppy (not just our puppies, but every puppy) deserves an excellent home. An EXCELLENT home is quite hard to define. We do not limit ourselves to 'fenced in yards', but we do need to know you are very serious about providing this puppy with the best quality of life you can offer and that you are totally about serving the best interests of this dog!
In order to make sure we can meet our goals (healthy and happy puppies with good homes) we breed occaisionally ... about every 1 1/2 - 2 years.
